We are private tour operators and do not charge per person as the scheduled operators do. Our costs are calculated per vehicle and tour guide per day – anything else, like meals, entrance fees etc is to your account.
We will however always give you a personalised quotation before hand giving you the exact costs plus the estimated extras for meals and entrance fees.
The following will give you a very good idea of what things costs. Please email us to get a fixed quote.
Our vehicles can seat between 1 to 7 people and the price per day remains the same whether your group consists of just yourself or you and one other or you and one other and two kids or simply, you just fill the vehicle with seven people – Same price.
Right, now that’s out the way ( some people find it very confusing, and so it needs to be explained ) here are the base rates that you can work on:

Local day trips: R 2400.00 per day including tour guide, fuel and vehicle costs
Overnight trips: R 3200.00 per day including tour guide, fuel and vehicle costs and tour guides food and accommodation.
Extras: Mountain Bike hire: R 270.00 per bike per day
Accomodation: Work on between R 500.00 to R 1200.00 per person per night for 4 star accommodation incl breakfast
Meals and refreshments: Work on R 300.00 per person per day
