Perfect Peninsula – Cape Point and Peninsula

After collecting you from your hotel, we take a drive along the Atlantic Seaboard through Sea Point, and past the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. We continue in a Southerly direction to the picturesque fishing village of Hout Bay. Here we can either take a boat ride to observe the large seal colony on Seal Island or take a break for a cup of coffee or some curio shopping.

Leaving Hout Bay, we drive over the mountain to Constantia, one of the oldest suburbs of Cape Town,
  Perfect Peninsula
and then over Ou Kaapse Weg (old Cape Road) and through the villages of Noordhoek, Kommetjie and Scarborough. Our next stop is at Cape Point, where we break for lunch and the breath-taking views of False Bay this location offers.

After lunch we head for Boulders Beach to see one of the breeding grounds of the African Jackass penguin. This is a delight as the penguins are used to humans, and one is able to observe them at close quarters. We continue along the False Bay coastline through Simonstown, the home of the South African Navy, Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay and Muizenberg before making our way back to the City.
