Mother City Magic – City Sightseeing:
From its humble beginnings, 350 years ago as a vegetable garden for the passing ships, the city of Cape Town has grown from a melting pot of cultures to become a vibrant metropolis. As the oldest city in South Africa, the history and anecdotes are fascinating.
Join us as we tour the City, seeing the sites and hearing the stories. Starting in Adderley Street, formally a canal leading to the sea, we will see the Castle, the old slave lodge, the Company gardens, Greenmarket Square, Bo kaap (so called “old malay quarter “) and Signal Hill with its amazing views.

This is really an orientation tour, taking in the major sites; if you have the time, we can extend this tour to a full day, with a walking portion and a visit to Table mountain.
